About Me

My husband Brady and I live in beautiful Birmingham, AL with our three boys, ages 12, 10 and 7. With so many boys, we are an active family. Most days we are involved in football, baseball, basketball and can be found "scootering"  or taking a walk through the neighborhood. We are active members of a local church and participate in several church small groups.  I work full-time as a Researcher in the Department of Nutrition Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  My hobbies include Zumba & Barre fitness, playing bunco with an awesome group of neighborhood moms, cooking and the occasional game of golf. My days are busy, but I love  it this way!

I'm so glad you found me. I hope you will pull up a chair and stay a while!
